Switching plan ????

How can I switch to a lower cost plan? Whenever I click the "Change Subscription" button it only shows plans that cost more and have more data, I want to change to a lower data plan. Please explain.

PM sends some good offers via text sometimes, make sure you are not blocking their text

also, cheaper plan will show up on My Account, Change Subscription page occasionally, so it will come.  And if you see if cheaper plan, even not as cheap as you would hope for, get it first.  Once you cheap to that, you might see another even cheaper one after

You can change your plan to plans available on your account ONLY!

If desired plan is NOT visible on your account that means it is NOT available to you and even talking to agent you cannot get it.

Some plans are available to NEW customers only and sometimes some nice plans are offered to existing customers.

In most (all) cases downgrading plan is NOT possible so to get cheaper plan will involve closing current account, losing number and subscribing again (+ cost of new SIM).

sorry @PL11 , existing subscribers have only access to plans offered on their Change Subscription page. 

Downgrading is possible, but the choice might not show up often.  You will have to keep checking weekly and hope to see the plan you want.
