How do I change my email I can’t seem to get in my old email so need to change it

The email with public mobile is just a username.
You don't need to be able to access the original email address on your email account to use it as a username on the public mobile self-serve site.
So, you can continue to use it here to sign into self-serve. You just need to enter the email address and the password registered with the public mobile self-serve site.
If you're having problems logging in, that may be due to caching issues with the public mobile self-serve site. Make sure to clear your cache and cookies and open them incognito tab to log in with this service.

hi @Felix5 you can change email by asking PM cs agent, only they can do that
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Unfortunately, you can't change your email address associated with your account yourself.
You'll have to get a Customer Support Agent to do that for you if you ask.
Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
