Switching Plan - Data Boost

Also, with the switching from legacy receiving 250 g and then my phone not making calls and plan was active.  Did I l lose that bonus?  Very frustrating not to talk to someone to ask but I want the remaining data I didn't use added to my account.  As I feel this was a glitch on Public Mobile's side.

I didn't want to push the accept as solution but a gift is a gift and in law it is not right to have stipulations to a gift when you received it honestly.

You will loss your bonus data if you downgrade your plan but you won’t lose it if you upgrade your plan.

Did you download your plan recently?

@Buffy1009  You didn’t downgrade you plan did you ? If you did the bonus’s data will be removed .. but your not the first to mention calls not working first check
