Switched to chatr. Got both Sims active in my phone haven't gotten a phone number transfer request from public mobile yet. Can someone help?

@Guitartupy , this help article explains the number transfer process. As already mentioned the transfer is initiated on the Chatr end but you have to acknowledge the transfer request as explained in the help article.

Did you leaving the PM SIM in your phone and replied to the text confirming your are porting out if PM?
There will be a 90 minute window for you to reply or the porting will be cancelled.
If you missed replying to the text then you need to contact Chatr to restart the porting process but remember to leave the PM SIM in your phone.
