Switch subscription plan before porting number

Hi,

I paid 20G 4G subscription today, but I haven't started the number porting process yet.

Can I cancel current subscription and switch to 5G plan?  I don't see any option, as I don't have a number with Public Mobile yet.

use this link to message Customer Support with your question. Let them know your account number, name on account, and PM pin number...if you've set one up yet.
