Swap Numbers

Hi,

I want to swap account phone numbers cleanly.

I have two PM accounts, each with their own phone number, I want to swap the phone numbers to other account and vice versa, but I do not want any accounts closed during the swap as I have some leftover cash to use in one of the accounts and the phone numbers are important to me and cannot be risked.

Easy to do? Or not possible?

You cannot switch numbers, as far as I am aware.  However, it is possible to swap names and emails;  I have done this before. Just go into your account and change.  You may need to use a third email in interim because you may not be able to use two same emails at the same time. However, please note that the plan, cash and any referrals associated with the account will still stay the same.

Sorry, but phone numbers cannot be swapped between two Public Mobile accounts.
