Mon compte a été suspendu puisque le paiement PRÉ-AUTORISÉ n'a pas été pris comme prévu sans raison apparente. Je paie chaque mois depuis plusieurs années
Je reçois le message suivant lorsque j'essaie de le faire:
Oups! Un problème est survenu. Réessayez plus tard.
My monthly pre autorise payment was not taken like previously without any reason and when I try to make it I receive a message :
OOPS! Something went wrong, Please try later and this for last 4 days. I tried many times now without success
My account is still suspended for no reason at all! My credit card is very good and it is not mature yet and I verified it.
What is wrong? There is no way we can reach that company by phone or e-mail?
Please help me

@Michael2401 Wait a full hour and then login to My Account using Incognito mode and try make a payment agian

whenever this happens, more often than not... the customers credit card has expired. Can you confirm if the cc is still valid.
