How do I know if my account has been suspended? My data has not opened even though I paid via autopay one week ago..

What plan do you have? The $15/25 plan can go prettt quick if you aren't careful

Do you see a data line in your my data & add-ons area? Maybe you've used all your data.

Log into your Self Serve account to view this status. It will say that your account is suspended (although this is normal if the renewal is about to happen that night or the next morning). Also check if voice and text messaging services are working.
