When I sign into my Public Mobile account, it says "Your service are on hold because your plan has expired". I'd just signed up with Public Mobile since Jan 2026 with the 50% off for 24 months deal. When I picked "Subscribe Now With Current Plan", the 50% off is no longer there! How can I get back my 50% discount back?

pay the full price now so you get the service back first
you should then see the credit on your account within 2 days

I have the same issue. I needed the service and paid for the original price, without 50% off discount. Waiting fro CS’ response on how to get back the discount when I first signed up for Public mobile
