Suspended service 😡

I understand keeping one's account current is important, however suspending my service suddenly over an expired CC at contract renewal is unacceptable!!  I'll certainly review my continued business in the near term.

I have cancelled my subscription due to the poor handling of my account. I can only reiterate how poor a policy it is to suspend service suddenly with 1 or 2 days notice due to expired CC. Really leaves a bitter taste and puts your low value of customers into perspective!

@Cliffd PM is a prepaid provider.  Unlike postpaid,  all prepaid providers will suspend account if there is issue with renewal.  However, the advantage with prepaid is that you won't be spending extra that you are not aware

To resume service, please login My Account, click Pay and Resume Services Now and make payment.  If you do not see such button, please use this link to load enough funds to resume

When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK
