Does your phone work? If it does, maybe it was your renewal today. Account status goes through various stages on your day of renewal, but phone service continues to work.
If phone does not work, logon your account. Do you see a reactivate service button? If yes, make a payment and then reactivate your service.
PM systems can be glitchy, AutoPay has been known to fail for some people.
If any info regarding your card changed recently, then you won't be able to use it until you have updated it
- change of address?
- new replacement card?
