Hi my name is Michael Co
I had lost my credit card, and I forgot to change it, now when I'm trying to pay it, it say my account has been suspended, and please pay by November 3. I already change my payment on my new credit card number, before I'm trying to pay it, it also say my balance is $6.00. So, is there any way that I can pay my bill?

It should automatically renew the plan when you add a valid payment method. Since, its not working, do not try to pay manually as it might double pay. Instead, send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your ph# and account#, and they will get back to you shortly.
