To get your service up and running asap, and to prevent deletion, i would add another credit card if you have one or use your debit. then contact a mod and have them take a look into it cause they could of "paused" transactions with that card (assuming you are using the same card because i dont see anything else in your text) temporarily cause of the block you put on it when you lost it, had something similar happen with my sibling. hope it works out!
