Suspended Account

I am on Autopay and my account says it is suspended. The card is active and has more than enough available funds. I logged in and did a manual payment of the amount owing but I still cannot make calls and the message still shows as inactive.

It depends on how busy it gets, but typical turnaround is between 30 - 120 minutes.

@MichaelM7154 It can take the moderators between a few minutes and 2 days to respond. There have been quit a few account issues in the last few days so it may be a while.

Sorry should clarify, after he’s made the payment I had to power off then on and it worked

@LoreckAvery That won't work if the account is suspended.

Have you tried the good ole turning your phone off and then on again...I’m sure you have but I had to do that after I had the same issue yesterday!

@MichaelM7154 Try adding a couple more dollars, then click Reactivate account. If it still doesn't reactivate you will need to contact the moderators, you can send them a private message here.
