Today I get text that used 75% of data, with link to my account self service. That link leads to connection timed out if I try mobile data. Use opera browser with VPN so it works, most people wouldn't know how. My account claims I only used 40% of data. To get support... Use chatbot.... None of chatbot options fit, can't get to the make a support ticket as claimed, just run around in circles trying with different multiple choice options that don't really fit. I got a text about getting free 2 GB that doesn't show up, 12 GB for 12 months that doesn't show up, no idea how much data I've actually used, connection timed out issues trying to connect to multiple websites again...

On chatbot I did try, I followed your link, then chatbot asked me to log in which I did, then chat bought kept asking multiple choice questions without giving me a chance to type anything, just like before so I gave up

Chat bot didn't work for me, always just get multiple choice without an option to type a question. CS agent message did work

@davidjkay Follow the steps I laid out above to fill out a ticket, including what to enter and what to click. Works every time.

Chat bot, never seem to get to point where I can just type in a question rather than choose between multiple choice. I did figure out how to message CS agent, thank... Originally got that info from your post on another question

@davidjkay Opening a ticket with the chatbot is not difficult and I never open the site incognito or with a VPN (and I know how). Believe your account on data used, the texts about usage are not, in my experience, accurate but the account page is.
Opening a ticket or contacting customer service is simple.
You can contact a Customer Service Rep one of 2 ways.
1. At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though they are typically much faster. Keep an eye on the envelope icon top right for replies.

I am on ,5gb plan, should have 5gb+12gb for 12 months, should be able through phone or website know how much data I've actually used... Did I get the 2,GB gift I got texted about?
Is there a way to contact actual public mobile support to fix flaws in their system/software,?
