If you go onto you public mobile app and look under your subscription tab, then go to manage subscription. It will tell you under current subscription.

first, whatever plan you have, you can still access the 4G and 5G network, just there would be a difference in speed depends on your plan.  If you have a 4G plan, your top speed is 100Mpbs, 5G plan would be 250Mbps

to know what plan you have, login My Account, go to Subscription & Add-ons page and you will see it there
