Does anyone know why I see different subscriptions than my wife. My Wife pays only $23, the subscriptions I see are all more than $30

What @will13am is saying is about how Public Mobile actively tries to get people to switch to higher priced plans.  That doesn't mean that there can't be lower priced plans that your current plan available.

I'm on a $29 plan and only get higher plans. My wife is on $25 and now has the $23 one. I don't see any plans lower than $30 on my account

if your wife is on $25 1GB 3G or $24 4GB 4G plans, she may see $23 6GB plan as lowest.

if you are on $75 60GB 90 days, or $29 30 days plan or higher, you may see $30 plan as the lowest plan

@Bock_ , this is the current marketing scheme.  Each customer sees targeted plans, aka plans of higher price than the current plan.

The subscription pages changes every few weeks with different offers. What are you not understanding about the page and different prices? Are you looking online as in PC or your phone app? Cause when you're logged into the phone app, it knows what plan you're on and creates offers dedicated to you.
