Never had this problem before…all off a sudden, today, I receive a notification that my plan didn’t renew, as they didn’t receive payment! I HAVE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS!!! There was money in my account and just in case there ever isn’t, I have overdraft!!!
IN ADDITION…NOW THAT I LOOK INTO IT…I SEE MULTIPLE PAYMENTS COMING IUT OF MY ACCOUNT!
AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER!!!
THIS NEEDS TO BE RECTIFIED NOW, SO I CAN MAKE AND RECEIVE CALLS…AND I NEED TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE EXTRA PAYMENTS!!!! NOW!

@Debcell login My Account using browser with incognito mode to check the latest non cached status. Check if account is active. Check Payment History page to see the payment transaction. It is normal to see two lines for renewal, one showing OM charged your credit card, one shows how PM used the money for renewal
If you still think PM overcharged you, please submit a ticket with PM support:

first off...Don't Panic !
on rare occasions, auto-renew does fail but customer Support will fix for you. Click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process. ....OR...Use this link to message Customer Support to get autopay happening correctly and to request credit to your account for any over-payments.
