Bought the simcard at telus island in Mall. Tried to subscribe 200 times , no lack. The problem is when you chose the plan and it redirect you to the page where you suppose to input your credit card data. Those icons not active and it's not possible to input any information in these info bars. I have tried to do it on phone, computer, from different Wi-Fi spots. The page with payment input information isn/t clickable to input any data . Only postal code bar works.
What should I do ?

@aRTim that was using the app?? maybe screen size or font size?? or a prompt blocking it??
you can try uninstall and reinstall

did you try Subscribing from the app? Download Public Mobile app and try

You need to download the app to complete activation. If problem still persists you will need to contact customer service agent to fix your issue. Either via the following link:

I presume you're using the Public Mobile app to do this?
