I keep getting an ad for a 29$ 20gb 4g plan, when I login it isn't an option. Is there a way to access that plan, I'd like to upgrade from my 15$ plan.

Unfortunately, that plan is only available to new customers — not existing ones. The shop page shows ‘available for new activations only.’

Where are you seeing this ad? If it's here on your account when you sign in or here on the forums, those are generic and not directed to you personally. However, depending on what plan you're on now, if it's an upgrade to this, you can reach out to a CS Agent via the chat box down below and ask very nicely if they can consider you for this plan.
MANY folks here have asked nicely and it's worked. I can done it twice! 🙂

that plan is only avialble for new activation at the present time.
added...might be worthwhile to contact Customer Support and ask to have that plan. Use this link to message them...
