I recently started using public mobile and upgraded my subscription plan at some point but now the reason for doing that no longer exists. So I want or rather I duly need to change to a far lower plan and I’m not seeing any options. I checked and saw it’s a trend and honestly I need a way out cos it’s urgent or I might have to stop using public mobile. I really can’t keep up with this plan.

what plan do you have now and what plan do you want?
many asked PM support agent about choose a plan that not showing on their account, and the answer has been consistent, they cannot help

But I do not want to port out . I need a lower subscription plan that’s all.

yes, you can only change to plans available on your My Account's Subscription page. If you don't find a plan you like and would like to port out, as long as the account is active, you can port out without problem
