Phone no longer works, received a text saying “plan did not renew because we didn’t receive your payment”. But same valid credit card is on file and I’ve re-entered it to be sure

@FlatlandRiver After updated credit card info you need to make manual payment
please use this link to load funds and trigger the renewal

Only other option is to buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart 7-11 / shell gas station and load funds *611 to resume service right away . @FlatlandRiver
