I logged into my account and see this message
Your services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription. If your services are on hold for more than 90 days, your account will be closed permanently and you'll lose your phone number.
Pay now and change your subscription
my credit card was charged. Not sure what is going on it’s asking me to change my subscription

@TanyaWaiz your renewal is today, yes? If you have working services, you can ignore this message. When your plan completes the renewal the message will go away.
I see that message on my renewal day as well.

@TanyaWaiz Are you services working ? If they are and you see this message you can ignore it . But if your services are not working and it’s on hold you need to make manual payment and resume services .and yes if you account iss suspended more then 90 days it will be closed for good
