Hi,

I’ve completed the payment successfully, but my activation is failing at Step 6 (Activate) while transferring my number from Fizz to Public Mobile using eSIM.

It keeps showing:

“Subscription not activated. Something didn’t go right while activating your subscription.”

My payment has already been charged, but my number transfer and activation are stuck and not completed. Anyone knows how to solve it? Thanks!
