Hello,
I bought a subscription for $40 per month. My card was charged. I followed all of the instructions. Got the app, but when it comes to activating my account it doesn’t work. It says that my subscription is invalid. It also tells me to contact support. What do I do?

I’ve already done this 5 times. I’ve also just contacted the cs agent so I will wait to hear back from them. Thanks!
