I have just received my SIM card and completed the activation and porting my number from Koodo. My old SIM card is still in my phone, during the last step I received this error message. 
Clicking “get support” was useless as it is automated chat and none of the suggestions are relevant.

@obnox  So try the PM SIM card in phone and reboot the device . If still no luck submit ticket with support 

send  a  private message   To CS_Agents
