Subscription not activated

Hi,

I purchased a subscription and today received the new SIM card. But after I used the app on my phone to activate, it failed. It says “SUBSCRIPTION NOT ACTIVATED” and to contact a customer support agent. However I’ve been trying both on the app and on a browser to reach someone in the chat box and have not been successful. I’m only getting predefined responses it seems. Can you please help? Is there a phone number I can call? Thanks

@Ying79  Should get a reply with in the hour . They will start with asking you some verification questions to start before being able to help you . Hope you get a quick reply and speedy resolve 🙂
