Subscription not activated

I'm trying to activate a new subscription via app (esim) and was getting stuck at step 6. Submitted a ticket yesterday and was told to get a physical SIM card and provided them with the SIM card number.  Tried again, no luck and no responses from support. Beyond frustrated at this point, how do you get their attention?

You could send another message or ticket, but as funpig1 wrote, it's probably busier now.

So many people had this issue, I'm sure they're aware of it.

so did you get a new Public Mobile physical sim and install it during the activation process  ?

Unfortunately you will have to be patience when you are waiting for a reply back from a CS_Agent when they pm you back. Click on your avatar then Messages.

It can be frustrating. Be persistent and message them again. It is the weekend and they may be busy.
