Yes I sent a private message to one of their agents but I haven't received a response yet.

@MarkRidd at Public Mobile all support is through messages. Agents are live but online messages back and forth.
Did you use the link I sent you? I don't know if they are still open being New Year's eve. Normal hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm est.

So when I re-downloaded the app and tried to log into my account it takes me back to the same screen as the screenshot above. It just says "Subscription not activated" and recommends customer support.
Are there any live customer support agents? I keep getting "bot" support and it's not been very effective so far in resolving my issue.
