Hey there, I'm trying to rejoin public mobile but in the app I'm receiving "Subscription not activated" when I'm trying to activate my plan, add an eSim and transfer my number over.

@hughball1 , please clear app data and try again. If you continue to have problems, use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
