Good afternoon, I am looking to changing my mobile carrier and taking advantage of your special ending today. Can someone assist me. I am not very skilled at this. Much appreciated.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I am pretty much a Luddite and have no apps on my phone. Was doing this through my laptop. Don't really understand if I need a SIM card (I have a carrier who provided a SIM card). So do I need a new one? Will I get to keep my existing phone number? Do I have to call my previous carrier to cancel? Sorry to be such a neophyte and I appreciate your help, thanks.

you just need to start the subscription using the PM app.  So, download the app from app store.  Then setup a account with a email

one thing, if you want to port your number into PM, you number with the other carrier must still be active, and you need to provide PM with the account number
