Subscription change didn’t take effect

Hello,

I was on 5g 3 month subscription and about a month ago I put in a request to change it on renewal date. Today was the renewal date and the change didn’t take affect and it automatically renewed it to the old subscription for another 3 months. Is it possible to still change it without haven’t to pay again.

@tysoncassell  .no they still have the 5G plans . Maybe reach out to support to see what’s going on and why it didn’t change

No that didn’t do anything. Still show’s previous subscription. I the cost of the old subscription was deducted from my credit card as the on I wanted would have been cheaper. When I click on change subscription I’m not getting any 5g options either. Only 3G or 4g options, but current plan is 5g. Did they stop offering 5g plans which could be why mine didn’t change.

@tysoncassell  it might just be the system hasn’t fully updated yet. First try this

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
