Hello,
I got a message that "Your services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription. If your services are on hold for more than 90 days, your account will be closed permanently and you'll lose your phone number.".
I tried to pay and change my subscription plan many times but it's just holding. So I can't call, send and receive message by phone.
What should I do now?

@Erinerinerin you can also get voucher online to pay first, but the fees is not cheap.

Before logging in....
If you want to change plans go to change subscription first, select the plan, choose change immediately/now.
If you need to update your credit card info use the edit (pencil icon) to update your card info first before attempting to pay.
If you have tried twice already you must wait one full hour before trying your next 2 attempts. If you have tried more than 5 times with the same card in the last 24 hours your account is fraud locked and you must contact customer support to remove the fraud lock.
What is the error message if any that you are getting after you attempt to update or make a payment ?

@Erinerinerin Log into your account and make manual payment and update credit card if needed . Or get payment vouchers and load then *611 to resume service
add you can buy vouchers from 7-11 shell Canadian tire or recharge .com
