Hi, last payment did not go through due to the expiry of my credit card. I updated my credit card on the portal but the balance due does not seem correct(it does not include the 50% discount). Please help, thanks.

you can pay them all in full first to resume the service.  After you paid, within 2 days,  PM will pay the 50% back as a credit to your account
