Subscription Upgrade Problem

I am trying to upgrade my subscription but when I try to process the order, I just get the LOADING message as below and it never finishes.  I have tried this multiple times using multiple browsers, all with the same problem.

I would like to complete the upgrade for my next renewal date (Apr 13th) so time is of the essence.  Can anybody help?

others have reported similar issue today. You could click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support OR...us this link..
