Something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contact a Customer Support Agent. When I click Get Support ... I get nowhere. What do I do now?

I started with public mobile on my computer, paid and then it said to download app on phone to complete activation. I already had downloaded the app on my old s20 Chatr phone and also on my new s26 phone. I cannot complete the activation on either phone ... same Subsciption Not Activated message on both phones. Sent message to CS Agent ... Thank You.

Reboot the phone and re-login PM app and it will complete the activation
If you are getting the same error, ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
