Got to end of process on App, received this message, Subscription Not Activated - something went wrong, etc. As suggested in a post, I tried logging out, waited 5 mins, log back in and after entering the validation code I received via email, it logged me out. I'm new to PM, any help? I can't even figure out how to generate a ticket. Thxx.

No I bought the physical sim card. Thanks for the info on the CS Agent, I was able to send the message.
