Subscription Not Activated

I am in an endless loop of not being able to activate my esim.  When initially going through the steps to activate, I got a Subscription Not Activated error and the message asked me to contact a customer support agent.  When I clicked Get Support, I was taken to a a chat where I could select "Contact Us" to submit a ticket but if I select the Activation Unsuccessful dropdown, it asks me for my sim number which I was never given.  Every time I try to log into my account on my app, it just takes me back to the Subscription Not Activated error again.  What am I doing wrong?
