Hi,
I purchased $24 plan . Downloaded the PM app and picked "transfer number" option in the activation process.
I picked koodo from the list , entered my IME number, and at the end I got the message :
"Subscription Not Activated"
"Something didn't go right while activating your subscription".
I checked my credit card account and the payment has gone throught.
Please help me to solve this problem.
