Subscription Did Not Renew

Hi,

I signed for the $20 a month 60gb Canada, Us and Mexico promo. My first payment on my credit went through no problem.

My subscription for some reason did not renew and now if I try to pay tries to charge me $40.

Please advise,

yes, look like you were not the only one with the renewal trouble.   But no worries, PM agent able to help and you will only pay the 50% off price

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
