Hi, during Subscription Activation I let my old SIM in the phone. Now I have a Subscription Activation Error and can't continue my activation. I am transferring my number from Koodo.
Is there something I can do in that case?

@Todor_Iliev Maybe just submit ticket with support then I’m guessing this is Koodo pre paid ?

Porting team did not help. Just gave me my Koodo account number.
Is there a way to clean start activation process?

@Todor_Iliev Is this Koodo pre paid or post paid if pre paid you will needs to submit ticket with support if post paid I’ll send you the porting team number private message
