Hello,
I don't have a Canadian card, but I have a prepaid voucher. How can I register a new sim card and subscribe to the plan using a voucher?

@AglaiaRatnikova it is confirmed that CS agent WILL NO LONGER help to activate by voucher
you will need to buy a Prepaid Visa card first, then activate with it
No worry about your voucher, you can still load the voucher AFTER the subscription/activation is completed and it will be used towards renewal

@AglaiaRatnikova it has been said you may not be able to get customer support to help you activate with a voucher any longer. Hopefully they can, but they may not. You may need to obtain a prepaid visa card to use. Then once activated, you can add the voucher to your account, and it will be used on future renewals.

You should contact agent to open account for you and account will be placed in suspend status. Then you log in and apply voucher.

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private messaging might take longer.
Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.
