Have a previous log in account. Trying to subscribe but it takes me to a previous plan that i don’t want and can’t change it..What do i do. I did go through process but then eSIM issues.. any ideas on what to do

same issue. Sent a msg to the the ticketing system via: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage in the to field use 'CS_AGENT' though.

When i log in it goes directly to complete subscription which is the Can-US plan and doesn’t give me a option to back out or change.. only option was to proceed or log out

So, you left PM and came back?
what previous plan you see? if you are logged in to a My Account, do you see Change Subscription link?
