Hi there,
I'm having trouble with an online service that semi-requires a phone number, but won't let me use my (17 month old) Public number.
Is there anything I can request from Public by way of documentation/verification that my number is my number?
It's Kafkaesque 😕.

when it is ask for the 2FA code, click Didn't receive code or Resend code, try Send email or Send voice message to get the code via email and voicemail. If you use Send voice message, you can get the code by calling yourself from another phone
but if you really cannot get the code, ask PM agent to help, you can submit ticket by direct message:
