How do I submit a ticket for my cell not working in Mexico but I have a plan?

@Kyle25 for service in Mexico, make sure you turn on Roaming Data on your phone
If you still cannot connect, change the network mode to Manual and try manually connect to each of these networks, one of them should work: AT&T, Telcel, Movistar
If still unable to get it working, ask PM CS agent to check

Make sure Roaming is enabled and manually connect to AT&T on your cellular settings.
You can contact a CS_Agent if it doesn’t work for help.
