Submit ticket greyed out

I'm trying to submit a ticket but the submit button is greyed out.  All fields have been filled.  

I'm submitting a ticket because after issuing payment to start service, the app said my phone isn't compatible with esim.  It is an iPhone 15 which is for sure compatible.

Nothing seems to work on the Public Mobile website, I cannot send a private message either.

HELP!!

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there    

But I have also escalated your ticket on your behalf.  PM support will reach out to your via Community inbox.
