I'm trying to submit a ticket but the submit button is greyed out. All fields have been filled.
I'm submitting a ticket because after issuing payment to start service, the app said my phone isn't compatible with esim. It is an iPhone 15 which is for sure compatible.
Nothing seems to work on the Public Mobile website, I cannot send a private message either.
HELP!!
