Subject: Stuck Activation - Physical SIM lost, switch to eSIM

My name is Patrick and I need help finishing my activation. I ordered a physical SIM card on April 11 (Order # ending in 1029), but it has not arrived and is likely lost.
My Public Mobile app is currently stuck on the "Link Your SIM Card" screen and won't let me move forward. I want to activate my service using an eSIM on my new phone instead.
Can you please:
  1. Reset my activation session so I can select eSIM in the app, or
  2. Send me a QR code to install the eSIM manually?

SIM cards are usually sent by regular mail.  Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
