I transferred my number about a week ago and ever since I can’t receive text messages. Under iMessages it is just stuck verifying my phone number.

When we have our old phone number transfer to replace the New Public Mobile number.... they got stuck on the Public Mobile number even the account show your old number. I did send a ticket to technical support hope that i can get it fix. Im out of town and i need to call and to send sms.....

Are you able to receive phone calls? What about data? Are you able to send texts?

it is a PM system problem with new activation, problem with text and affected your iMessage setup. PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.
