My phone has had no network and stuck on SOS all day. Tried rebooting my phone, tried toggling airplane mode on and off, tried resetting my network services. None of these worked.

Kinda the public mobile way. when it works it works, but when there is a problem, nothing works, certainly not the chatbot, not the CS_Agent. They all say , "so sorry you are having this issue, we haven't responded until now because there are so many tickets out right now". You spend an hour gathering info they ask for, and you never hear back from them.—actually finding it pretty funny now.

did you check any outage? there are multiple related with Mobile, like in BC, AB and On

I went through all the suggested steps as well. I also contacted customer support. The only response they can give us is they're having technical issues. I told them I require my phone for work and I've been a customer for almost 10 years. I've never had this type of extended issue. They apologized and said they are looking into it.

If you are referring to the chat box the bottom right corner I have done that. It is not very helpful as the link to sign in does not work and then it asks me to create a separate ID but I did troubleshoot.. and ironically I just received a text message but I cannot receive phone calls. I had someone call my phone number and it rang through five or six times until my voicemail picked up on their end but my phone never rang on my end

Click on the pink envelope in the bottom right corner for help and follow the prompts
