Stopped receiving Text messages from certain addresses

Hi there, I have switched to PM from R****s and since then I have stopped receiving Text messages from auto services like my Alarm company, Monitoing systems, etc.

These are text messages that would get generated when there was a event and I would receive a SMS text mesage. I have a Galaxy S5 and use a built in SMS app that came with the phone. I can receive and send text messages to people or system generated mesages from stores for example but not receiving the ones I mentioned above. I have tracked down to the exact date when I ported my number to PM is when they stopped. I need this to work again. I don't have any US/roaming data plans/add ons. I followed the setup instruction and everything else seems to be working ok. Need help resolving this please. Thanks,

It worked in privacy/incognito mode.

@watson, try clearing your browser's cache, and then running it in privacy/incognito mode.  You should also log out and back into the community.  This will hopefully clear things up.  You can also try a different browser (again in privacy/incognity mode).

I tried to send a private message but I'm getting this message below.

In my Messages box, it says 0 messages sent. So I don't know if the message was sent or not.

I'm getting a bit frustruated with this now.

 

"You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."

I think it best to contact the moderators with your list a phone numbers that cannot text you. It may be endemic to PM's system; others have reported similar issues.

Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:00PM (ET).
